No Hassle Return Policy

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee No Hassle Return Policy for all unsold standard LA Perks Pass cards as part of our Fundraising program.  Money back guarantee ONLY applies to non-specialty and non-customized cards. 

Requirements to receive your refund:

  • The set of Cards AND Guidebooks must be in good condiiton.  Damaged cards and guidebooks are not eligible for a refund.  The decision of whether or not a card or guidebook is considered damaged is at the sole discretion of LA Perks LLC (LA Perks Pass).  If one or the other, card or guidebook is damaged, the "set" will not be refundable.          
                Ex. We receive 10 sets of LA Perks Pass cards and guidebooks but 1 of the guidebooks is torn.  You will only receive a refund for 9 cards because the torn guidebook, as part of the set, would not be eligible for a return.
  • Unsold cards must be returned within 60 days from the date you received the delivery (delivery date).
  • Please ship all unsold cards together.  We will only refund the number of unsold cards from the 1st return that we receive.  Any additional returned cards are ineligible for a refund and all contents become LA Perks LLC Property (i.e. we will not ship the 2nd box back to you) unless you reorder more cards.
  • Please include in the return box the Order# and Order date from your original purchase.
