LA Perks Pass has done its best to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this website. Because conditions (hours, holiday closures, etc.) at these attractions and restaurants may change from time to time subsequent to the publication of this guide, LA Perks Pass cannot guarantee that each facility will continue to honor its indicated commitments at the time that the cardholder actually makes use of this card. LA Perks Pass is not liable for any damage, expense, loss or other inconvenience caused in any way by the cardholder (or LA Perks Pass) reliance upon the information contained on this website. Similarly, LA Perks Pass shall not be liable for any deficiencies in service, public health violations, problems with admission, personal injury or safety problems that should arise when the cardholder visits any listed attraction or restaurant. Just as is the case when the cardholder would otherwise do business with any facility, such problems shall be a matter to be resolved solely between the cardholder and that facility. The 2011 Guide Book and LA PERKS PASS are valid thru December 31, 2011. Also, where indicated in the Guide Book, certain offers may be limited in availability. For instance, some offers are for first time users only or may be seasonal (winter only) or available for lunch or dinner periods only as determined by the offering facility. This card is non-refundable once purchase is complete and non-transferable to others by the cardholder. LA Perks Pass is not replaceable if lost or misplaced. Should the cardholder use LA Perks Pass improperly, such as by transferring it to others, the cardholder agrees to indemnify LA Perks Pass for any damages suffered by it as a result of such misuse. When the LA PERKS PASS is purchased the purchaser is accepting the above terms and conditions.& Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and are subject to change without prior notification.
